Ingredients

• 2 ozGin
• 1 ozLemon Juice
• 0.5 ozSimple Syrup
• 1 eachEgg White
• 1 ozSoda Water

Directions

Chill glass. Dry & wet shake, double strain, let stand briefly, then top with soda water & garnish with lemon twist
